Handle With Care

✩ Butterflies are extremely delicate, avoid tipping or constant movement.

✩ Always hold your piece by the frame or base, Avoid unnecessary movement once displayed.

✩ DO NOT spray cleaning products directly on display, instead spray on rag or towel first.

✩ Keep Out of Direct Sunlight

✩ Display indoors only, avoid direct sunlight, as UV exposure can cause fading over time.

✩ Keep away from heat sources (vents, radiators, fireplaces).

✩ Avoid Humidity, Keep in a cool, dry environment. Avoid bathrooms or areas with high moisture. (Excess humidity will cause warping or mold)

Pest Prevention

While uncommon, preserved insects can attract pests.

✩ Keep your piece sealed in its frame or dome.

✩ Avoid storing in attics, garages, or damp areas.

Natural Variations

Each butterfly is unique. Slight variations in wing shape, texture, or color are natural and part of its beauty.

Repairs

If you have a terrarium has been damaged, whether the glass enclosure is broken or the specimen inside has shifted or sustained damage, I offer professional repair and restoration services to help bring it back to its original beauty.

To request a repair, please visit the 'Contact Us' page or email us directly with clear photos and a detailed description of the damage. I will carefully review your request and work with you to determine the best solution for restoring your piece.

Please note that repair options vary depending on the extent and type of damage. In some cases, restoration may not be possible, and I reserve the right to decline repairs if the damage is too severe. All repair services are subject to a fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning any work. DO NOT send your specimen without being agreed upon beforehand.
