Return & Shipping Damage Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of preserved and taxidermy pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Improper handling after delivery

Natural variations in preserved materials
Each piece is carefully photographed and described to ensure transparency before purchase.
Shipping Damage Policy
We take great care in packaging every order securely. All shipments are fully insured.
If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email must include:

Clear photos of the damage
-
Photos of the original packaging (inside and outside)

Your order number
-

All original packaging must be retained for insurance purposes.
Failure to provide photos or retain packaging may void the ability to file an insurance claim.
Minor Damage
If damage is minor (such as shifting, small cracks, detached elements, etc.):

We are happy to offer repair services.

The item must be shipped back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once repaired, we will ship it back to you.
Severe Damage or Total Loss
If the piece is severely damaged during transit:

A shipping insurance claim will be filed with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the claim has been approved.

Processing time depends on the carrier.
Glass Disclaimer
Glass elements are particularly fragile. While we package carefully, we cannot guarantee against breakage during shipping.
If glass breakage occurs:

It may be covered under shipping insurance.

In some cases, replacement glass may need to be sourced locally by the buyer.
Custom Orders
Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
